The weather is very pleasant today. Finished the last load of wheat this morning and machined the rest of the day and finished the wheat. Sold some bacon to Susannah and John Banks, 4 lbs. to the former and 12½ lbs. to Banks, meal to himself and Jim. Discharged all the hired hands this afternoon.
